Our presence in Qatar

MIC Construct is a multi-services company that operates in the construction of commercial and residential buildings, sport and leisure facilities, infrastructure and marine-related projects. Our company combines the efforts of a highly skilled workforce, along with strategic planning and innovative use of technology to overcome the most complex business challenges.

Our company has a long-standing relationship with the State of Qatar through the execution of an abundant number of projects. Our history with the State of Qatar started in 1969 and since then we have successfully delivered a significant set of iconic projects: i.e. the Khalifa Stadium, NDIA Passenger Terminal Complex – North Node, Al Janoub (Al Wakra) Stadium, Al Rayyan Road, the Tornado Tower, the Aspire Tower, Doha Convention Center, Rehabilitation of Dolphins in Berth 4 – Ras Laffan, Al Mourjan Island Development – Marine Works and among others.

MIC Construct (W.L.L.) is a locally registered company in the State of Qatar under registration number 105735. MIC Construct is fully owned by Manco Investment Company (MIC) SCRL, a Belgian company (100% in hands of Belgian shareholders) and being also the owner of 50% of the Besix Group, that is the reference ultimate shareholder in the Group to which Six Construct Qatar Limited (W.L.L.) belongs. Our company enjoys the full support, references and means of that Group in which our shareholder, Manco Investment Company SCRL, owns its reference stake. MIC Construct Qatar is fully established in Qatar, whose shareholding is entirely in the hands of Qatari (52%) and Belgian (48%) shareholders and positively audited by the State Audit Bureau.
